1 The Contract Between Us

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.

2 Copyright

All the digital files available on The La La Card Company’s website have been created by Karen Porter who owns the copyright to each and every file. All designs are protected by membership of the U.K. copyright protection agency A.C.I.D. (Anti Copying In Design) . You must not sell or give these craft sheets away. You may print and use each craft sheet up to 10 times for your own personal use.

3 Downloadable Products

All files must be downloaded and saved to your hard drive or saved to CD/DVD Rom. Links in the order email will expire after 3 days. When you purchase an item from The La La Card Company you do so for your own personal use. You may not create discs from the images purchased from The La La Card Company to sell, rent, lease, lend or duplicate to other discs.

4 Price

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out clearly in our website.

5 Delivery

Once you have paid for your order it will be sent via Royal Mail post or email to the email address supplied upon checkout. In the case of downloads your order email will include links to the downloadable images purchased . Follow these links and the instructions set out in 'How To Download' page to complete the download of the images to your computer.

6 Payment

We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order. We accept no liability if an order is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

7 Returns

Due to the sheets being in digital form no refunds will be given.

8 Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, the order is processed using either Sagepay or Paypal.

9 Privacy Policy

The La La Card Company does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. If you have subscribed to our mailing list you will receive promotional e-mails informing you of all our latest products and special offers. To unsubscribe from this newsletter please follow the instructions located at the bottom of the mailing.

10 Damage to Your Computer

We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website. We will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
