Retailer Terms & Conditions

Minimum order £65.00 carriage paid.

Credit terms of 30 days from invoice date are available to retailers. Initial order proforma.

V.A.T. at 17.5%.

All cards and kits remain the property of The La La Card Company until full payment is received.

Shortages or damaged goods must be notified within 72 hours of delivery date for exchanges.

Whilst we shall do our best to deliver within 2-3 days of receipt of order we cannot guarantee this.

We reserve the right to substitute with similar designs.

The La La Card Company reserves the right to alter prices or withdraw products without prior notice.

The La La Card Company retain the legal right to charge interest on overdue accounts, and claim due compensation for any debt recovery costs incurred. Overdue invoices shall accrue interest on the date the payment becomes due and daily thereafter until the date of payment, at a rate 4% above the Barclays Bank Plc base rate . Interest shall accrue at such a rate after as well as before any judgement.

Cancellation

Cancellation of an order will be accepted by The La La Card Company provided the company receives the cancellation before receipt of goods.

Cancellation is only accepted and effective on receipt of written confirmation from the La La Card Company, by the customer.

Any refunds will be paid by cheque to the original authorised signatory of the company making the cancellation, within 30 days.

All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design of this website are and will remain the property of The La La Card Company. Any infringement of these rights will be persued.
