Terms and conditions for La La direct customers.

No minimum order, postage & packing £1.50.

Payment required with initial order, either via the website, by telephone or by post and by cheque or by credit/debit card.

Shortages or damaged goods must be notified within 7 days.

Whilst we shall do our best to deliver within 7 days of receipt of order we cannot guarantee this at certain times of the year.

We will not substitute your order with similar designs.

The La La Card Company reserves the right to alter prices or withdraw products without prior notice.

All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design of this website are and will remain the property of The La La Card Company. Any infringement of these rights will be persued.
